Fitness Center
The Fitness Center offers a variety of exercise and health promotion programs designed to optimize your health and well-being.
New members receive a fitness assessment, which includes body composition, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness, cholesterol, blood pressure and resting heart rate. You will learn your baseline fitness level and receive a personalized exercise program to start you on your way to good health. New members will also receive two personal training sessions, where you will learn how to use the cardiovascular equipment, strength-training equipment and Fitlinxx Interactive Network.

Membership is open to people 18 years of age and older; minors 14 years or older may join if a Fitness Center waiver is signed by a parent or guardian. Minors under 14 years of age are not permitted to join the Fitness Center, however, youths aged 8 to 17 years old may enroll in our KitFit training program.
