Richard A. Belden Richard A. Belden, Chairman
Richard A. Belden is Chief Operating Officer for the Universal Service Administration Company located in Washington, DC. Prior to this, he was General Manager of Micron Technology Virginia in Manassas and President and Chief Operating Officer of Dominion Semiconductor. Before moving to Northern Virginia, Mr. Belden worked for IBM as Manager, Investment Analysis, in New York, and as Controller, Software Solutions Division in North Carolina. Belden received his bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering, with honors from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Trustee of the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Virginia. He and his wife Diane have two children.

Michael Hoover Michael Hoover, Vice Chairman
Michael Hoover is the President of TML Copiers — A Xerox Company. Mike has been with TML for more than 20 years and has been working in the office technology business for over 22 years. Mr. Hoover is currently a member of the Kiwanis Club of Bull Run. He has also served in numerous leadership and community development roles in the past, including: Chairman of the PWC-Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce, Manassas Business Council Member, Konica-Minolta Dealer Advisory Council, President of the Kiwanis Club of Bull Run, PWHS Foundation Trustee, Chairman of the PW March of Dimes Walkathon, plus numerous committee chair roles with the Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Hoover is a 1985 graduate of Virginia Tech and was recognized in 1985 as an "Outstanding Young Virginian" by the Virginia Jaycees. Mike and his wife Tammy reside in Gainesville, have six children, and are members of All Saints Catholic Church.

Rex Parr Rex Parr, Secretary
Rex Parr is President/CEO of Didlake Inc. in Manassas. He has served as President of the Prince William County-Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce; as Treasurer of the Coalition for Human Services; as President of the Voluntary Action Center; and as President of the Rotary Club of Manassas. He also has been active in other education and business organizations in the community. Mr. Parr joined the Board of Trustees of Prince William Health System in November 1999. He and his wife Gina have two children, Adam and Katherine.

Robert Riley Robert Riley, Treasurer
Robert Riley is Prince William Health System's Chief Financial Officer. He has 21 years of healthcare financial management experience, with 18 years at the senior management level with emphasis on financial and capital planning, fiscal operations, process and policy development. Mr. Riley came to Prince William from Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management association. He received his bachelor of science degree in accounting and his MBA in finance from the University of Scranton, Scranton Pennsylvania.

Mike Dailey Mike Dailey
Mike Dailey of Gainesville is a leader in many aspects of life in western Prince William County. In addition to his service on the Board of Trustees of Prince William Health System, he has served as Chairman of the Economic Development Committee of the I-66 Partnership, as a coach in the Gainesville District Youth Basketball League, and as Vice Chairman of the Rocky Run Homeowner's Association. Mr. Dailey is Vice President for Business Development for Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative. He is also the president of two of its affiliate companies: NOVEC Energy Solutions and NOVEC Solutions, which he helped to establish. He and his wife Patricia have two children.

Steve Danziger Steve Danziger
Steve Danziger is the Senior Manager of Performance Excellence for BAE Systems in Manassas, responsible for improving the overall quality and efficiency for the site's ($100M/yr in business) products and technology. He has been an engineer and a manager in semiconductor development and production for various defense and commercial semiconductor organizations working with state-of-the-art technologies, starting at IBM, and eventually becoming the Director of Manufacturing Operations for Micron Technologies. He earned a B.S. degree in Physics from Queens College City University of New York and an M.S. degree in Physics from The Pennsylvania State University. He is serving in numerous community development and policy-related roles, including chairman of the Prince William Soil and Water Conservation Board, Didlake Inc. board member, Prince William Chamber of Commerce Public Policy committee member, and Fairfax County Water Authority board member. He holds three patents and more than 30 publications on technical and management topics.

Dr. Randall Edwards Dr. Randall Edwards
H. Randall Edwards, PhD, is retired as the Executive Vice President for George Mason University after 39 years of service in higher education in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Currently, he provides consulting services to several clients in the local area. In addition to his service to PWHS, Dr. Edwards has served on the Board of Directors for the Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center, the Prince William-Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce, and the Virginia Economic Bridge Initiative. He was a member of the Prince William Economic Development Council, the Arlington Economic Development Commission, and the Prince William I-66 Partnership. Dr. Edwards received his doctorate in civil engineering from Virginia Tech. A native Virginian, he and his wife Anna have a daughter and two sons and six grandchildren.

William Fairchild William Fairchild
William Fairchild is President of
R. W. Murray Co., a commercial general contractor based in Manassas, Virginia. Mr. Fairchild is National Chairman of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). He was previously the Region 5 Vice Chairman for ABC, representing members and chapters in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. He also serves on the boards of the Myers-Lawson School of Construction at Virginia Tech, George Mason University-Prince William Campus, and the Virginia Gateway Community Development Authority. Mr. Fairchild and his wife Anita have two children and live in Prince William County.

William H. Gary William H. Gary
William H. Gary is Vice President of Workforce Development at Northern Virginia Community College, where he provides strategic leadership for the development and delivery of workforce training and development programs in Northern Virginia. Mr. Gary has more than 25 years of experience in providing strategic leadership in human resources and workforce development, legislative and government affairs and operations management. Prior to his position with Northern Virginia Community College, he was Vice President of Operations at NavCom Systems in Manassas, Director of Legislative Affairs at Computer Sciences Corporation, and Director, Personnel, at Johnson & Johnson. He also serves on the boards of the Northern Virginia Workforce Investment Board, the Virginia Economic Bridge, the Dulles Regional Chamber, the Chesapeake Company, and the Governor's Advisory Council on the Future of Nursing in Virginia. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Morehouse College and a master's degree in industrial relations from Rutgers University. He and his wife Patricia have three children.

John P. Grzejka John P. Grzejka
John P. Grzejka is Commissioner of Revenue for the City of Manassas. Mr. Grzejka is a past Vice Mayor and served on the Manassas City Council for 11 years. He has served as President of the Manassas Rotary Club; President of the Manassas Rotary Foundation; and as Commissioner representing Manassas on the Potomac Rappahannock Transportation Commission and the Virginia Railway Express. He is also very active in other community organizations. Mr. Grzejka is a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers, Virginia Association of Local Executive Constitutional Officers and the Commissioner of the Revenue Association of Virginia. He and his wife Erna have a son and two grandchildren.

JoAnne Gutliph, MD JoAnne Gutliph, MD
JoAnne Gutliph, MD, is a gynecologist with Prince William OB/GYN Associates in Manassas. She is a past Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics-Gynecology at Prince William Hospital. Dr. Gutliph graduated summa cum laude from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY, and she attended Medical School at State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Gutliph is a member of the Medical Society of Virginia, Prince William County Medical Society, the Obstetrical and Gynecological Society of Virginia, the American Medical Women's Association, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists. She has served as Clinical Instructor for the Department of OB/GYN at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. She and her husband Robert W. Bohn have three children.

S. Marc Krenytzky, MD S. Marc Krenytzky, MD
S. Marc Krenytzky, MD, is Vice President of Medical Affairs at Prince William Hospital. He is also President and CEO of Healthcare Consulting International. Dr. Krenytzky received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He completed his internship at the University of Kansas Medical Center and his residency at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Oakland. He is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Krenytzky served as President of the Prince William Hospital Medical Staff in 2009, and he was chair of the Department of Pediatrics in 1978, 1986 and 2003 to 2006. Dr. Krenytzky is a member of the Medical Society of Virginia and of the Virginia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Joseph J. Magalski, MD Joseph J. Magalski, MD
Joseph J. Magalski, MD, joined the medical staff of Prince William Hospital in 1999. A general surgeon, he is a partner in the practice of Bartolozzi & Magalski. He is Secretary/Treasurer of the Prince William Hospital Medical Staff. Since 2006, he has served as Chair of the Department of Surgery and as Director of the Surgical Services Executive Committee. Dr. Magalski received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed his internship and residency training at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York. Dr. Magalski is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Surgeons, the Medical Society of Virginia and the Prince William County Medical Society. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Melissa L. Robson Melissa L. Robson
Melissa L. Robson is President of Prince William Hospital in Manassas, Virginia, and Chief Operating Officer of the Northern Virginia Market. Prior to coming to Prince William Hospital, she was Chief Operating Officer at Rowan Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina and President of Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville in Huntersville, North Carolina. In addition, she was a key leader in overseeing the construction of the hospital in Huntersville. Robson received her bachelor's of science degree in nursing from Gardner Webb University and her master's of health administration from Pfeiffer University. Robson received the Leadership Novant Certificate of Achievement in 2007 from Novant Health/UNC School of Public Health. She serves on the board of directors of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband Jeff have two children.

J. Douglas Wall, MD J. Douglas Wall, MD
J. Douglas Wall, MD, received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and attended medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine. He was Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1990 and has actively maintained his re-certification since. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a member of the Prince William Medical Society, a member of the Medical Society of Virginia and a member of the American Medical Association. Dr. Wall has had numerous academic appointments, and currently serves on the clinical teaching faculty of George Mason University. He is a past Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Prince William Hospital and is currently President of Prince William Hospital's medical staff. He has been named Best of Prince William County by the Potomac News, Top Rated Doctor by Northern Virginia magazine, and Top Doctor by Washingtonian magazine. He is also very active within the local community and lives in Manassas with his wife and two children.

Donovan Wine Donovan Wine
Donovan Wine is President of E.E. Wine, and he maintains an active role in church and community. He has been a member of the Manassas Rotary Club since 1988 and has served on its board and as its Vice President and President. He has also served on the board and as President of Historic Manassas, and he has served on the board of AccuTek Assemblies, a non-profit business that provides work for mentally and physically challenged employees. Mr. Wine has been appointed by the City Council as a board member of the Manassas Business Council representing the Mathis Ave-Route 28 business sector. He serves on the Local Advisory Board for BB&T and on the Executive Committee for the Stewardship Ministry at Manassas Assembly of God. Mr. Wine serves as Chairman of the PWHS Foundation Board of Trustees. He and his wife Betty have two children.

Joseph A. Zurlo, MD Joseph A. Zurlo, MD
Joseph A. Zurlo, MD, is an emergency medicine specialist and Director of the Heathcote Health Center's Emergency Department. He is from upstate New York and has a bachelor of science degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a medical degree from Upstate Medical Center at Syracuse. He completed his internship and residency at Tripler Army Medical Center. Dr. Zurlo trained in general surgery and practiced surgery in the Army. He is board certified in general surgery and emergency medicine and has been at Prince William Hospital for more than 23 years. In 2008, Dr. Zurlo was recognized by the American College of Emergency Physicians as a "Hero of Emergency Medicine." He has served on numerous committees at the hospital, including President of the Medical Staff. He and his wife Shawn have been married 44 years.
